HOW DO I ORDER?
SIMPLY GIVE US A CALL (OR E-MAIL US AND WE'LL CALL YOU). WE'LL TAKE YOU THROUGH THE STEPS ON PLACING YOUR ORDER. WE ACCEPT MASTERCARD, VISA, DISCOVER AND YOUR PERSONAL CHECK. A DEPOSIT OF 50% WILL BE REQUIRED BEFORE YOUR FURNITURE IS ORDERED. THE BALANCE WILL BE DUE BEFORE THE FURNITURE IS SHIPPED TO YOU.




HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY FURNITURE?
DEPENDS…IF THE FURNITURE IS ON THE FLOOR IT WILL USUALLY TAKE 2-3 WEEKS DEPENDING ON YOUR LOCATION. IF THE FLOOR MODEL HAS BEEN SOLD WE WILL ORDER IT FROM THE MANUFACTURER. IT USUALLY TAKES 6-8 WEEKS TO GET YOUR FURNITURE TO STUDIO 70 BEFORE WE SHIP TO YOU. YOU SEE, WE LIKE TO INSPECT YOUR FURNITURE BEFORE IT IS DELIVERED TO YOU. WE DON'T WANT YOU DISSAPPOINTED.




WHO WILL DELIVER MY FURNITURE?
WE USE SEVERAL TRUCKING COMPANIES THAT WE HAVE DEEMED RELIABLE AND TAKE THE TIME TO DELIVER YOUR FURNITURE WITHOUT DAMAGE. THE DELIVERY CHARGE IS PAID DIRECTLY TO THE CARRIER. THEY WILL CALL YOU TO SET UP A DELIVERY TIME AND GIVE YOU THE COST FOR THE DELIVERY.




WHAT IS THE COST OF DELIVERY?
TRUCKING COMPANIES BASE THE DELIVERY COST ON THE WEIGHT OF THE FURNITURE YOU PURCHASE. WE WILL MAKE EVERY EFFORT TO GIVE YOU AN APPROXIMATE COST OF SHIPMENT.




WHAT IF MY FURNITURE IS DAMAGED WHEN IT ARRIVES?
STUDIO_70 MAKES EVERY EFFORT TO CHECK YOUR FURNITURE BEFORE IT IS SHIPPED. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBLILTY TO CHECK YOUR FURNITURE WHEN IT ARRIVES. PLEASE ADVISE THE INDIVIDUALS THAT BRING YOUR FURNITURE OF ANY DAMAGE YOU SEE AND WRITE DOWN ON THE BILL OF LADING ALL DAMAGES. ANY CLAIMS FOR DAMAGED FURNITURE SHOULD BE ADDRESSED TO THE TRUCKING COMPANY. IF BY CHANCE THERE IS A DEFECT IN THE MANUFACTURING PROCESS THAT WE MISSED WHEN WE INSPECTED YOUR FURNITURE, WE WILL WORK WITH YOU AND THE MANUFACTURER TO CORRECT THE PROBLEM. STUDIO_70 ONLY DEALS WITH REPUTABLE MANUFACTURERS THAT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT.




WHY ARE THERE NO PRICES ON YOUR MERCHANDISE?
BECAUSE OUR PRICES ARE BELOW MANUFACTURER'S SUGGESTED RETAIL PRICE, THE MANUFACTURERS REQUEST WE DO NOT ADD PRICING. WE WILL BE HAPPY TO QUOTE YOU OUR PRICES WHEN YOU CALL OR E-MAIL US.




WHAT IF WE HAVE TO CANCEL OUR ORDER?
WE WILL WORK WITH YOU AND THE MANUFACTURER ON CANCELLATION OF YOUR ORDER. A FEE OF 25%, PLUS THE COST OF CANCELLATION BY THE MANUFACTURER WILL BE CHARGED ON ORDERS WE WILL BE UNABLE TO STOP. STUDIO 70 RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CANCEL THIS CONTRACT AT ANY TIME BY NOTIFYING YOU IN WRITING AND RETURNING YOUR DEPOSIT IN FULL.
